Save Sure Start

Both the Tories and the Lib Dem's are focusing what they term "their savage cuts agenda" on children and families. Both relish the opportunity to abolish Child Trust Funds and erode Children's Tax Credits. The real choice at the next General Election will be between the Tory's and Labour, a vote for the Lib Dem's will ensure that we end up with a Cameron led Tory Government. A Tory government would also result in an outright assault on Sure Start, one of Labour most successful policies at helping children and young people. The new Children's Centre in my Ward of Fallowfield has been a tremendous success.
